First we took the bus from Luang Nam Tha to ... There we met ... And all together we took a Tuk Tuk to ... As I felt a bit sick I had a rest in the afternoon. Robert and the others discovered the town a bit, as well as tried to get Internet connection. Later Robert brought me delicious noodle soup and I kept on sleeping. In the early morning hours that night we went to the hostels owner house to watch the football Eurocup: Germany against Italy.

The next morning we went to the boat dock to get to Muang Ngoi Neua. Quickly the boat was filled and we were on our way to the village passing amazing scenery.

About 30 minutes later we arrived at our destination and a lady at the jetty already offered accommodation. We looked at it and checked in.

As it was such a beautiful day we all decided to go on a hike.

First we went into a cave. The water inside the cave was amazingly refreshing, so we first went inside with our feet and later swam even deeper inside the cave. Beautiful!

When we returned to the outside world we dried ourselves and continued our hike. On the way we met many friendly, but hard working locals. It was the time to plant rice.

Soon we also found the rice paddies and we walked on their walls to reach the other town.

The landscape was amazing and we took many pictures and sometimes just enjoyed the view, happy to be here!

When we reached the end of the paddies we found another small village were we had coffee. We also saw this poor little monkey on a leech, he dud not look too happy to be kept there.

We also walked through town and saw some amazing bamboo craft as well as many dogs and poverty.

We heart some thunder in the distance and decided to start our hike back on the regular trail?! Somehow we ended up in the paddy fields again, as we did not see the continuing path.

Luckily the thunderstorm never reached us and we reached our starting point dry.

Here is a cluster bomb used as decoration, we would find out more about this kind of bombs soon.
In the evening we had an amazing sun set and went to the restaurant of our bungalow owner for a cheap buffet dinner.

The next day we moved to a nicer and cheaper bungalow where we met ... And Robert played the card game "Shit Head" and I laid in a hammock and enjoyed reading a book. It was a great relaxing day.

More pictureshere.
